How to Order
Ordering from us is intentionally simple, we are a small kitchen, not a faceless online giant. Here is exactly how it works.
1. Pick your jars
Browse the seven products and decide which ones you want. Most customers start with the Traditional Mango and the Mixed Preserve, the two crowd favourites.
2. Tap “Order on WhatsApp”
Every product page (and the bottom-right of every page) has an Order button. Tap it and a WhatsApp message opens with your selection pre-filled. Tell us:
- What you want and the quantity of each
- Your full delivery address (city + area + landmark)
- Your phone number for the rider
- Preferred payment method (see below)
3. We confirm
We reply on WhatsApp within working hours with the total, including shipping. You confirm; we pack and ship.
Payment methods
- Cash on Delivery, pay our rider when the order arrives. Available anywhere in Pakistan.
- JazzCash / Easypaisa, mobile-wallet transfer. We share the account on WhatsApp.
- Bank Transfer, IBAN sent on WhatsApp confirmation. Send the screenshot back and we dispatch.
Delivery
We deliver anywhere in Pakistan in 2 to 5 working days depending on your city. Delivery charges depend on your location and order size, we confirm the exact amount with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Returns
Each jar is sealed and inspected before it leaves our kitchen. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we will replace it free of charge.
