Our Pure Natural Honey is harvested in small batches from beekeepers working in the foothills and mountain valleys of Pakistan. The honey is raw and unfiltered, meaning all the natural enzymes, pollen and trace nutrients are kept intact.

Yes. Our Pure Natural Honey is raw, unfiltered and unheated, gathered in small batches from beekeepers in the foothills of Pakistan. Nothing is added or diluted.
How can I tell if the honey is pure?
Raw honey is thick and slow-pouring and crystallises naturally over time. It will not dissolve instantly in cold water, and a drop briefly holds its shape, all signs of unprocessed honey.
My honey has crystallised, is it still good?
Yes. Crystallisation is completely natural for raw honey and a sign it has not been overheated. Stand the jar in warm water to return it to a liquid state.
What are the benefits of raw honey?
As a natural, unprocessed sweetener it is soothing in warm water or tea and a clean source of energy. We make no medical claims, just pure honey as nature made it.
Is honey safe for children?
Raw honey should not be given to babies under 12 months. For everyone older it is perfectly fine to enjoy.
